Quick Throttle is a content engine that runs on your own computer. You talk to Claude Code in the folder and it does the writing. You approve it, and the app renders it.

Videos

Drop in one clip and write twelve hooks over it. That’s twelve posts from one piece of footage, each rendered at 1080x1920 with the caption burned in, ready to upload. Queue thirty renders and shut the laptop. The queue lives in the database, so it picks up where it stopped.

Slideshows

Give it facts about your brand and it writes the story, then draws every slide. The same person stays in the same room across all of them, which is the part that usually falls apart. Nothing renders until you approve it, because approving is where spend starts.

Steal what already works

Paste a link to somebody else’s TikTok photo post. It pulls every slide down at full resolution with the watermark gone, keeps the caption and the author, and turns the whole thing into a brief for your own version in one click.

Edit down to the letter

A real canvas for both pipelines. Drag the photo, resize the caption, retype the words in place. What you see is what gets exported.

Twenty three slideshow formats come with it as plain files you can edit. Write a new one and it shows up without a restart. Next to them sits a knowledgebase on what makes a hook travel, why a soft CTA gets shared while a hard one converts, and when to kill a format that has stopped working.

What you get

What it costs to run

Claude Code does the writing on your own plan. A Google Gemini key draws the slideshow pictures and you pay Google directly for what you generate. Videos need no key at all. There’s no subscription to me, no login, and nothing that phones home.

What you need first

Node 22.13 or later, Claude Code signed in, a Gemini API key, and Chrome. One command checks all four and tells you in plain sentences what is missing. Built and tested on Windows 11.
